History of the Domain

My parents and grandparents' made a living from Burgundy stone. My vocation to become a wine-maker was born ou of my love of wine.

After completing my studies at l'Ecole de Beaune, I took over the 3.5 hectares of vines that belonged to my grandparents, in 2005. Until recently the wine was produced in Comblanchien, but the cellar is now situated in Chorey-Les-Beaune. 

I set up the "Haute Couture" wine trading company, in partnership with winemakers in the Côte-de-Nuits and the Côte-de-Beaune, in order to offer a more varied range of wines and to increase the amount of wine produced.
