Vineyard
This vineyard is located at the foot of Mont Corton. It produces mainly Grands Crus. The vines are 60 years old.
Vinification
After being harvested by hand, the grapes are vatted in truncated wooden vats. They then undergo a one-week cold maceration, followed by natural fermentation. The devatting after 3 weeks of maceration is decided by tasting. After pressing, the wines are placed in oak barrels for about 24 months. The oak barrels have between 1 and 4 wines. After maturation, the wines are bottled by gravity without fining or filtration.
Tasting
Nose of small red and black fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant). Nice concentration in the mouth with fine and delicate tannins.
Conservation
6 to 8 years (in good temperature and humidity conditions).
